  • Shipping Locations:

    • EcoGarden Oasis ships GreenStalk Garden products within the continental United States.

    • Currently, we do not ship GreenStalk products to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

  • Shipping Carriers:

    • Orders are shipped via reliable carriers, including FedEx and UPS, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

  • Shipping Times:

    • Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

    • Delivery times vary based on your location but typically range from 3-7 business days after processing.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Standard shipping fees are included in the product price to provide transparency.

    • Expedited shipping is not currently available for GreenStalk Garden products.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Issues

  • Damaged Items:

    • If your GreenStalk product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@egardenoasis.com with photos of the damage and your order number.

    • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Packages:

    • If your shipment is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us at info@egardenoasis.com for assistance.

    • We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Order Changes
