Returns Policy

• Eligibility: GreenStalk Garden products purchased from EcoGarden Oasis can be returned within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable items, such as seeds and fertilizers.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Return Process:

  1. Contact EcoGarden Oasis at info@egardenoasis.com to initiate a return request. Include your order number and details about the return.

  2. Once approved, a FedEx return label will be provided:

     • $20 fee for large boxes (e.g., planters).

     • $10 fee for smaller accessory boxes.

  3. Package the product securely and ship it back using the provided label.

• Refund Process:

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy

• If the order has already shipped, you may proceed with the return process after receiving the product.

Warranty Policy

• Warranty Coverage: GreenStalk Garden planters come with a 5-year warranty against cracking or fading.

• How to File a Warranty Claim:

  1. Email info@egardenoasis.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged part(s).

  2. Once approved, replacement parts will be shipped to you at no cost.

• Warranty Limitations:

  • Coverage applies to the original purchaser only.

  • Does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or natural wear and tear.
